Panelists include Wayne Young, CEO of The Harris Center for Mental Health & IDD; Kelly Young, President & CEO of the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County; Director Mike Nichols of the City of Houston’s Housing and Community Development Department; and Chief Larry Satterwhite from the Office of Public Safety and Homeland Security.
