Designed by UConn’s academic experts and co-led by Wells Fargo's Neurodiversity Program team, the workshop provides practical, step-by-step guidance to help organizations attract, hire, and empower neurodivergent talent. This workshop helps companies learn how to design and launch a neurodiversity initiative and is intended for leaders who want to understand how they approach, hire, and retain neurodiverse talent. Audience: The workshop is relevant for any company that has 1,000 employees and is committed to incorporating more neuroinclusive practices into their organization.   Workshop participants can include those who: Make or influence strategic hiring decisions for the organization Focus on talent acquisition for a business area or the organization Have a senior management role for a specific business area/line with hiring needs Drive transformational change   Registration is subject to approval and open to the first 50 attendees.
